Vulnerability and Risk Needs Assessment for Staffordshire 2012

The purpose of the report is to provide partners working across Staffordshire with an understanding of the most vulnerable residents in the county and identify who is most at risk from experiencing a range of issues. The report not only considers children and adults who have already been identified as ‘vulnerable’, but also those individuals who are most at risk from harm. ‘Risk’ and ‘harm’ are broad terms, involving a wide range of issues.
